My channel is about me playing the games that I enjoy or are intrigued by, hopefully you'll like them too. Sometimes played co op with a friend or two. I don't upload much anymore, life, drive and low moods get in the way. I still want to make videos, I am wanting to go in a more non commentary style again.
I don't own any of the music or games featured on my channel, nor do I claim to (Except my Space Song, and the maze game "Deadly Chase" I made those.) But I do believe that they fall under fair use, the channel is for enjoying games with my subscribers on a personal level and hopefully free advertising, it is transformative. I just want to entertain....The channel avatar and channel art ARE mine, I took the photographs myself.

GTA 3 - Building Mods - Red Light at Night
The Red Light district with lights in it. I don't know how finalised this is given how it works, it will always look jank. But then the game is jank so it fits. This is special treatment, I won't do this for all areas except the Time Square like bit in Staunton.
I will add lights and neons in other areas but sporadically.

My Liberty City map mod is a turbulent process, I have had to restart it a few times already. This time though, while not perfect it is the best way I can find to do it. Which should have been how I did it from the start.

I has guestion, how to edit map in gta 3 in 2024? With using Mapper?
I use IMG Factory to extract the models and textures. I use Magic TXD to add in new textures. I use Blender to make changes to the model using an extension called Dragon DTT that allows me to import and export DFF to blender. Then I use Col editor to export and then reimport the edited collision files and IMG Factory to replace the other edited assets. All so I can see my changes in Med Map editor. Otherwise I would have them loaded in the modloader folder without replacing anything, but because I need to see them in the editor I need to. I also edit the area IDE files to add in the lights.

Hey, no problem. It's still quite the learning process for me too but I am glad that I could help in some way! More interiors is always a good thing. When I started this I found very little in getting it off the ground. I will make more videos, after I have edited the giant tower next to Sex Club 7, I'll do another tour of the area. I'd like to do pedestrians too at some point.

I'm still on it. I'm planning another video about it. Found a more effective way to do it without having to separate the bright "lights" from the rest of the model. So I don't have to make new item IDs. I get to keep the original lighting and have the neons showing up.
